I designed this vintage travel poster for an ongoing poster series we deliver to a select group of travel agents and offices. It was printed on high quality paper stock and hand numbered to give it that authentic poster feel.

I redesigned the Globus travel planner and laid out the Avalon travel planner this past year. These were 52 pg direct mailers that were smaller versions of our books, including every vacations Globus offered with pricing and departure dates. I had to work with the printer on both versions to choose paper and size in order to stay under mailing limits to keep our mailing costs from skyrocketing.

This was a pro bono project done for Montview Church in Denver, Colorado while I was a designer with Webster Design Associates. They charged us with coming up with an ad campaign to reach a younger audience. With no budget we came up with these simple ads to help build membership for a more youthful demographic. They wanted to keep one foot in their traditional beliefs while reaching out to the future of their organization. I wrote the "Friends" headline and worked with the Sr. Copy Writer on the other 2 concepts. They were very happy with our solutions.

My primary role at the Globus family of brands was to oversee the production of 23 individual travel books for the 4 brands they facilitate. The creative, editorial team and I produced each book from beginning to end, wrote editorial in-house with some books having up to 5 international versions. I personally designed the entire Monograms book in 2011. During my time at Globus we also redesigned all 4 book lines and I was heavily involved in that creative process.

This was a clean & simple invite that I did for the Globus President's Symposium located at the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego. They needed to stay on a tight budget so I asked the hotel for some photos and then used a metallic sliver ink on the cover to keep with the elegant theme of the weekend. I used a vintage photo treatment to mirror the decor of the hotel in order to set the guests up for what they would be experiencing upon arrival.

Diesel opened up submissions to the public in order to shake up there street wear sub-brand, 55 DSL. The contest was to re-interpret their iconic shield into something that could move into the future. I lightened up the heavy color palette and took a new perspective on the shield. I wanted to add more depth and movement, but not in a literal way. I feel this submission has both of these qualities while still being balanced and dynamic. This is one of my favorite marks.
